This policy explains how long we keep your data and how deletion works.
Active accounts
We retain your farm and equipment records for as long as your account is active so your history stays complete.
Soft deletion
Sensitive records use soft deletion where appropriate, so accidental deletions can be recovered for a limited window before permanent removal.
After cancellation
After you cancel, records remain accessible until the end of your paid period. We then retain data for a limited grace period before permanent deletion, unless the law requires us to keep certain records (for example, billing records).
Requesting deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. Some information may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.
