Farm and equipment records you create, including repairs, parts, documents, and photos.
Location data only when you grant permission, used to save your farm address and, where you choose, equipment locations.
How we use your information
To provide the service: storing and displaying your equipment history, sending reminders, and enabling team collaboration.
To process subscriptions securely through Stripe. We never store your card details.
To keep the platform safe, including audit logging of sensitive actions.
Location data
GPS location is used only with your permission. If you decline, you can enter your address manually.
Exact farm locations are protected from unauthorized users and are visible only to authorized members of your farm.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform (such as Supabase for storage and Stripe for billing) under appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data, and export your records where your plan supports it. Contact us to make a request.
FarmFix Memory does not provide professional mechanical advice. Users are responsible for confirming repair procedures, and safety-critical repairs should be performed by qualified technicians.
