Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep cancellation simple and never hide it. This policy explains trials, cancellations, and refunds.
Free trial
Every plan begins with a Stripe-managed free trial for the first month. You are not charged during the trial and can cancel before it ends at no cost.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your billing page or the Stripe Billing Portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Because you can cancel before any charge during the free trial, we generally do not offer refunds for partial periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right.
Data after cancellation
Your records remain available until the end of your paid period. See our Data Retention Policy for what happens afterward.
